Running low
Changes save the moment you make them, and take effect on the shop straight away — no waiting.
Everything that's been changed in here, newest first.
When someone orders
You'll get an email straight away. Open Orders, find it at the top, and press the big button as you go:
- Mark packed — once it's in a parcel.
- Mark shipped — once it's dropped off. Pop the tracking number in if you have one.
- Mark done — when it's delivered and you're finished with it.
Adding something new
Open Products and press Add a new product. Give it a name, a price, pick a section, and add photos. Press Put it in the shop and it is on sale straight away — customers can buy it within seconds.
Anything you add is marked Added by you. You can change its name, words, price and photos any time, or remove it completely with Delete.
Selling out of something
Go to Products, find it, and flip Sold out. Nobody can buy it after that — even if they already had the page open. Flip it back when you restock.
Counting stock
Type a number in How many left and the shop counts down on its own, then marks it sold out at zero. Leave it blank if you'd rather not count.
Changing a price
Type the new price and it applies right away. Press Reset to go back to the original. Old orders keep the price that was paid — nothing changes retroactively.
Hiding something
Hide takes it off the shop completely, as if it were never there. Good for drafts.
Who can get in
Only the Google accounts on the approved list. Everyone else is turned away before they see anything. If you ever need someone added or removed, ask Karl.
